About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our support team for a prominent travel client. This role is primarily voice-based, requiring excellent communication skills and prior experience with travel booking systems, specifically Sabre. As a Customer Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with travel bookings, modifications, and inquiries. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients by providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in customer support, preferably within the travel industry.
