Job Summary
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across calls, emails, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about fitness programs, memberships, and services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and account-related queries
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or service industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an advantage
