Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Professional based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service by resolving inquiries, addressing customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer onboarding, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. The role requires professional communication with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Qualifications
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer support processes for effective case resolution.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and active listening skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in multitasking, organizing, and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical proficiency to troubleshoot customer concerns and guide them through resolutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an added advantage.
