Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support & Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing
customer communication, coordinating internal operations, and ensuring a seamless order experience
from confirmation to dispatch.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer
interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact customers to confirm orders and provide necessary updates
• Manage and respond to online leads (website, WhatsApp, etc.) and assign them to the
sales team
• Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and
shipment
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solutionoriented manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and follow-ups
• Track and update lead status and daily operational activities
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations teams
• Assist in handling returns, replacements, and feedback collection when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Mandatory)
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of customer service and operations processes
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools)
Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support / telecalling / operations preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
