Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Officer located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Support Officer will manage daily interactions with customers, address inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, leveraging analytical skills to understand customer needs, and delivering technical support when required. The role demands clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Proven ability to achieve and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Technical Support experience with a good understanding of CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Education in a relevant field such as business or communication is an advantage
