Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support (Non-Voice) role based in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer queries and complaints through non-voice platforms, such as email, chat, or other online communication tools. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent service. You will collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes and maintain high service standards.

- Proficiency in written communication and familiarity with non-voice platforms like email or chat is essential.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in non-voice support, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Jaipur is required, alongside a flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
