We are looking for a professional with 4–8 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Body Shop Operations, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate should possess strong client-handling, training, and relationship management skills, with the ability to support customers while driving product adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealerships and customers to provide physical or virtual demonstrations, product training, and customer support for the software solutions provided.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership advisors, managers, and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer requirements and support sales activities by promoting product usage, upgrades, and value-added solutions.
- Keep track of training and customer support schedules, ensuring timely visits and effective service delivery.
- Develop regular reports to monitor customer engagement, product usage, training effectiveness, and service improvement.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, attendance, feedback, and training materials.
- Create and update training and support materials for customers and dealership teams.
- Measure training and customer support effectiveness through usage validation, customer feedback, and performance analysis.
- Provide continuous customer support before, during, and after implementation/training sessions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automotive workshop and body shop operations.
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer success.
- Be flexible and open to frequent travel across multiple locations on a day-to-day basis.
- Local language proficiency is required; multilingual capability will be an added advantage.
- Open and adaptable to learning new software technologies and capable of effectively training and supporting customers across the region.
- Automobile industry background or experience working in a body shop/service shop will be an added advantage.
