Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Junior to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) when required
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department in a timely manner
- Meet service quality standards and response time SLAs
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- 0–1 years of experience in customer support / customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
