Role Description The Customer Support Intern is a Part- time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving queries related to orders, prescriptions, deliveries, and platform usage. Responsibilities include logging and tracking customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution, and ensuring that each interaction reflects empathy and clarity. The intern will help maintain service quality by documenting common issues, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives. The role involves learning Truemeds’ systems, following support guidelines, and consistently providing reliable, courteous assistance to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and service orientation.
- Interpersonal Skills to build trust, manage difficult conversations, and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor.
- Technical Support capabilities to understand platform features, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide customers through digital processes.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns in issues, and suggest practical improvements.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort with using computers, mobile apps, and CRM or support tools; prior internship or experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Ongoing or completed studies in any discipline; interest in healthcare, technology, or customer service is beneficial.
