Job Title: Customer Support Intern (6-Month On-Site Internship)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our team for a 6-month on-site internship. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and some prior internship or work experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles. You will be responsible for assisting customers across multiple support channels while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure prompt query resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proper follow-ups and relationship management
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary
• Support day-to-day customer support operations and contribute to improving response quality and processes
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
• Internship duration: 6 months (full-time, on-site)
• Prior experience of a few months in customer support, customer service, sales support, BPO, or any client-facing role preferred
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
• Proficiency in at least one regional language (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) is mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of email etiquette, chat support, and MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Recent graduates / pursuing graduation with availability for full-time internship
• Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy
• Comfortable handling diverse customer interactions across channels
