Role Description
This is an internship role for a Customer Support Intern based on-site in Coimbatore. The intern will assist in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support to address customer concerns. Daily tasks will include communicating with customers, handling queries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.

- Exceptional Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Technical Support capabilities to assist in addressing and solving customer concerns
- Analytical Skills for evaluating feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is a plus but not mandatory
