Role Description
This is an internship role for a Customer Support Intern, based on-site in Kanpur. The intern will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, resolve customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, provide technical assistance, and work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in customer service and contribute to meaningful environmental and social initiatives.
