Role Summary
A Customer Support Intern is responsible for providing prompt and effective support to customers by resolving software-related issues through email, chat, and ticketing systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining accurate documentation, processing customer requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of technical problems.
- Test software functionality and verify new feature implementations.
- Configure software settings, permissions, and user accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Create onboarding and implementation documentation for new employees.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage files in Excel, CSV, XML, and EDI formats.
- Calculate VAT, discounts, pricing adjustments, and verify invoice accuracy.
- Prepare customer feedback reports to help improve products and services.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver high-quality customer support.

- Time management, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting international clients (Europe and USA) is an advantage.
