We are looking for a Customer Support Intern with strong communication skills to support customer interactions and ensure a smooth user experience.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Assist in onboarding and resolving user issues
• Troubleshoot basic problems and provide timely solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of tools and technology
• Availability for a 6-month internship
