Role Summary
As a Customer Review & Support Intern, you will be responsible for executing the Customer Review System, directly impacting brand trust, marketing assets, and customer satisfaction. This position includes high-volume daily calling, structured follow-ups, accurate data logging, and user-generated content (UGC) collection, all under the supervision of the Founder's Office Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Your core focus area spans across six primary operational verticals:
- Customer Outreach & Review Generation: Strategically prioritize and engage customers via daily phone calls to solicit verified product reviews. Utilize approved scripts to maintain brand consistency and promptly identify and escalate cases of customer dissatisfaction for service recovery.
- Digital Follow-Up & Engagement: Manage post-call review submission process by immediately sharing review links and executing targeted, non-intrusive follow-up communication to maximize review conversion rates.
- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure the integrity and real-time accuracy of customer interaction data within designated trackers. Meticulously log client details and conversational notes, and proactively report any data inconsistencies or incomplete metrics.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Curation: Systematically capture spontaneous customer media (photos, videos, feedback) shared through WhatsApp. Organize, rename, and upload these assets to the central Google Drive repository for efficient marketing team access and utilization.
- Friction Identification & Service Recovery: Proactively identify and capture potential customer friction points (e.g., sizing issues, quality concerns, delivery/refund delays). Ensure a 100% accurate and immediate escalation of these profiles to the appropriate channels, redirecting them from the review process for prompt resolution.
- Operational Support & Special Projects: Provide dedicated support to the core customer service team by managing targeted initiatives, including specialized feedback campaigns, cohort outreach, buyer tracking, and fulfilling ad-hoc communication needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written command of language with a naturally polite, patient, and customer-first disposition.
- Process Discipline: High comfort handling high-volume daily call targets consistently without drop-offs.
- Basic Technical Tools: Prior knowledge working with Google Sheets, basic data management, and organizing Google Drive structures.
- Active Listening: Ability to read customer moods, stick to conversational scripts, and gracefully handle neutral or angry customers.
Location & Working Style
- Work Location: Office-based in Kolkata (Must be residing in or ready to commute daily to our Kolkata office).
- Working Style: Full-time internship with the possibility of converting to a full-time role, based on performance and output.
