Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, analyzing customer feedback, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery. The role is integral in upholding Banana Club’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to deliver Technical Support and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify trends
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent formal education (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is an added advantage
