Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role located in Gurugram. The Customer Support professional will handle customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve inquiries swiftly and effectively. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to deliver insights that improve customer experience will also be a key part of this role. Collaboration with internal teams to uphold company standards and enhance service quality is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and ability to ensure high Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to provide empathetic and professional communication
- Experience with Technical Support to resolve queries effectively
- Possess Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving customer processes
- Proficient in written and verbal communicationin Hindi and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on-site
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles is preferred
Salary : 15000 per month
Timing: Mon to sat 9 am to 6pm
