Love talking to people and solving problems? MomsMade – India’s largest clean traditional sweet & snacks brand of North India – is hiring a Customer Support who can keep our customers happy and heard ❤️
🛠 What you’ll do:
- Talk to customers over WhatsApp/calls and solve order-related queries
- Help people track their orders, solve complaints, and answer questions politely
- Coordinate with our Manufacturing & Delivery team to resolve issues
- Take feedback from customers and share it with the team
- Make sure every customer feels cared for (they’re our priority!)
🎓 Who this is for:
- Anyone who can talk well, stay calm, and truly help people
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English & typing
- Available 6 days a week and okay to work on weekends (timing can be flexible)
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required
- 📍 Location: Bangalore (In-Office)
