Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role involves maintaining clear communication with customers, identifying and analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

- Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and handle customer inquiries
- Familiarity with Technical Support processes and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues
- Analytical Skills to understand and resolve customer problems efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
