🌿 We're Hiring | Part-Time Customer Support & Feedback Specialist
📍 Remote | 🕐 2–3 Hours/Day | 📅 Tuesday to Saturday
At Permea (permea.in), we're building India's first absorption-led skincare brand — products that are scientifically designed to actually reach your skin. We're growing fast and we want our customers to feel that same care in every interaction.
We're looking for a warm, articulate, and reliable individual to join us part-time as our Customer Voice Specialist — the person who connects with our customers, gathers feedback, and ensures every query is handled with empathy and clarity.

🗣️ LANGUAGES REQUIRED
Fluency in all of the following is a must:
✅ English
✅ Tamil
✅ Telugu
✅ Malayalam
✅ Kannada

📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Call customers post-purchase to collect feedback on their Permea experience
• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve concerns via call/chat
• Document feedback and share insights with the team
• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Permea for our South Indian customer base

🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and confident
• Fluency in the 5 languages listed above (spoken)
• Basic smartphone/laptop proficiency
• Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales is a plus — but not mandatory
• Someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience

⏰ COMMITMENT
• Part-time | 2–3 hours per day
• Working days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Fully remote — work from anywhere
