Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve client issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also handle technical support cases and help troubleshoot concerns, while maintaining positive communication and a professional demeanor. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include addressing customer needs, identifying solutions to technical problems, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.

- Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships
- Experience in providing Technical Support and problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer pain points effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the digital marketing sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
