Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (Voice Support), located in Mumbai. The role involves addressing and resolving customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support, and managing both inbound and outbound voice-based interactions. The Customer Support Executive will also be expected to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
- Ability to handle Technical Support queries and resolve issues effectively
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in voice-based customer interactions
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

CTC Range is 22000-24000/- month.
