Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Location: Pune- Hinjewadi ( Candidates only from Pune location will be considered)
Joining : Immediate Joiners are preferred
shift - 5 days working I 2 rotational week offs
Salary Package : 20k- 22k in hand fixed + Uncapped incentives
Transport : Both-side cab facility
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle international customer chats/emails regarding queries, issues, and service requests.
•Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.
•Maintain call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
•Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
