We are currently hiring Customer Support / Lead Generation Executives. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer interaction and sales support.
Role Overview:- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers
- Maintain customer data and update CRM systems regularly
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets
Eligibility Criteria:- Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Experience:- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or lead generation will be preferred
