Job Description
We are hiring
Customer Support Executives for a
voice-based customer service process. The role requires handling customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high communication quality and service standards.
Roles Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate candidates only
- Minimum 6 months of voice-based customer service experience (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts
- Candidates must strictly follow IBU boundaries
