Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process
Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational (as per business requirements)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduates (Fresher and Experienced) for Customer Support (Voice Process) role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain proper call logs and update customer records in CRM systems
- Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics)
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
- Follow company guidelines and communication protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate, freshers are welcome!
- Great communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
