Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)
Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive will handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback across calls (voice) and digital channels (non-voice) such as email, chat, and social media. The role focuses on delivering a smooth customer experience for orders, deliveries, and product-related queries.
Voice Process Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with: Order placement and tracking, delivery issues (delay, wrong/missing items)
- Resolve complaints politely and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Non-Voice Process Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via:
- Email
- Live chat
- WhatsApp / social media
- Handle order-related issues and refunds
- Manage customer feedback and reviews
- Ensure quick response time (SLA adherence)
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil & English (mandatory)
- Hindi – optional
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- 0–3 years experience in customer support / D2C / e-commerce preferred
