Visa2fly is looking for a Customer Support Executive, who will be responsible for providing
end-to-end support to customers/ potential customers who have inquiries, issues, or complaints
throughout the visa booking journey. The role requires strong communication skills,
problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the company's day-to-day operations.

Customer Support Executive (Full Time)
Location: Gurgaon
Type: Full-time Employment
Experience: 1-2 Years
Working Days: 6 (Mon-Sat)
Responsibilities
● Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints through phone, email, or
social media in a timely manner
● Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the visa booking journey
● Guide clients through the visa application process, including explaining requirements,
assisting with forms, and addressing concerns
● Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to obtain visa appointments and
expedite visa processing
● Troubleshoot issues related to the visa application process and escalate to management
when necessary
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on customer inquiries,
issues, and resolutions
● Providing feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for
improvement
● Stay up-to-date with visa application requirements and procedures for various countries
● Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support
processes and service delivery
Requirements
● Proven experience of 1+ year in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on their feet and provide timely
solutions to customer issues
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
● Familiarity with visa application requirements and procedures for various countries
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
● Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
