🕒 5.5 Working Days | Rotational Shifts
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
• Assist customers with travel & healthcare-related support
• Manage bookings, modifications & service requests
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution
• Work efficiently on multiple systems/tools
✅ Preferred Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service mindset
• Problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• BPO/Customer Support experience preferred
