About the RoleWe are hiring for a Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice) supporting Trade Republic. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, chat, and email, ensuring seamless support and resolution.

Key Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions through voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve queries related to trading accounts, transactions, and app usage
- Provide accurate information on stocks, ETFs, and basic financial products
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
🎯
Eligibility Criteria✔️ Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
✔️ Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
✔️ Basic knowledge of stock market / trading platforms
✔️ Strong typing & written communication skills
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills- Prior experience in blended / international BPO process
- Understanding of capital markets, trading apps, or fintech
