Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive / Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international or domestic voice processes.


Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller (Night Shift)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Process)

Location: Coimbatore, Sivananda Colony

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / telecalling / BPO
  • Experience in international voice process is a plus
