Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive - Solar EPC (Telugu). The role involves providing thorough customer support to address queries, manage online interaction platforms, and deliver technical assistance related to solar projects. The individual will focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by troubleshooting issues, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining clear communication with clients in Telugu or other languages if required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Experience handling Online Support and providing prompt, professional assistance
- Knowledge of Technical Support processes, especially in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Fluent communication skills in Telugu and English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote setup efficiently and independently
- Understanding of solar energy products and EPC services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
