Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Live Chat and Email Support
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customers
- Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction
- Escalate issues when required and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, and English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer support/chat process preferred
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
💰 ₹33,000 – ₹40,000 per month
