As a Customer Support Executive with Tech Mahindra, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with information about Tech Mahindra's products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for Tech Mahindra.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues and queries are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide information on current offers, promotions, and services available at Tech Mahindra.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, courteous, and professional.
- Adhere to Tech Mahindra’s policies and procedures to maintain consistent service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of Tech Mahindra’s services to offer accurate and helpful information.
- Handle escalations and complex queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate and above qualifications required for the Customer Support Executive position at Tech Mahindra.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or Telecaller roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work six days a week and adapt to varying shift timings.
