Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best resolution.
- Assist customers with website navigation, downloads, and digital access issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to customer retention efforts.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with researchers, academicians, and authors.
- Understand the research paper requirements and recommend suitable indexed journals for publication.
- Guide authors on journal selection, formatting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with editorial boards and journal representatives on behalf of authors.
- Monitor and manage the publication pipeline for each client from manuscript submission to final publication.
- Provide timely updates to authors about the progress of their submissions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and journal communications.
- Ensure ethical standards and best practices in academic publishing are followed.
