Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹29,000 per month (CTC)
Shift: Rotational (Mostly Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
• Assist customers and resolve queries efficiently
• Deliver a customer-first experience with high service standards
• Maintain clear and professional communication
Eligibility:
✔ Any Graduate
✔ Strong communication skills (CEFR-B2 preferred)
✔ Good problem-solving ability
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
