Hiring for Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable
Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales and Cold Calling
• Meeting Booking and Scheduling
• Live Selling and Seller Activation
• Conducting Onboarding Calls
• Maintaining Systems, Process and Data Accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support
• Comfortable making cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Strong spoken English suitable for global markets
• Excellent objection-handling and conversational selling skills
• Ability to follow structured scripts naturally
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk preferred)
• Target-oriented and comfortable handling rejection
• Willingness to work aligned with US/UK business hours
