Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries related to UPI transactions, wallet issues, refunds, failed payments, account concerns, and recharge/bill payments
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions as per SOP
- Ensure proper call documentation and case logging in CRM/system
- Maintain service quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
- Achieve daily call targets and performance KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Mandatory (Any stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi + English
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and 6 days working
- Basic knowledge of digital payments/UPI preferred
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Good listening skills with patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
