Role Description

The Customer Support Executive (International) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely online and technical support. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of service quality, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support for resolving customer issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Prior experience in international customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
