Role Description
The Customer Support Executive (International) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely online and technical support. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of service quality, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service experience
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support for resolving customer issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in international customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
