Roles & Responsibilities - Executive- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Assist with visa processing, travel bookings and itinerary planning.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Track feedback, escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams.
- Document interactions in CRM and provide support during travel disruptions.

- Knowledge of travel and visa processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
