Key Responsibilities
- Provide for customer support & query resolution.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers after reservation confirmation.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to vehicle pickup, documentation, and rental processes.
- Guide customers through the vehicle inspection and handover process.
- Troubleshoot issues related to reservations, payments, and vehicle availability.
- Follow up on customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with different departments (Operations, finance, sales) for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
