We are hiring for Voice, Non-Voice & Blended Process roles in the Travel domain.

Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support (Hospitality) is mandatory
- Experience in Voice / Non-Voice / Blended Process
- Amadeus GDS experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
