Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. As a Customer Support Executive (Hindi Plus English), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support by addressing customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms. Key tasks include resolving technical and non-technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards aligned with company policies. Additionally, you will help foster positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to deliver timely and effective solutions to client inquiries.
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service, with a focus on managing communication through multiple channels like calls and emails.
- Technical Support skills to identify and resolve common technical issues faced by customers.
- Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
