Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Customer Support Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer interactions, assisting clients with queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing technical issues through online and offline support channels. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear and professional communication, and delivering prompt solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently
- Experience in Online Support and managing customer queries via digital channels
- Strong Technical Support and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Shifts - On rotational basis
Salary- Upto 25k per month.
