Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in the Greater Bengaluru area. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication in both English and Hindi. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, offering online support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining service quality. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to address customer needs and uphold the company’s standards of support excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to provide Online Support and Technical Support to customers
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or related positions (0.6 to 5 years of experience)
- Basic understanding of community management systems is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru area
