Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (D2C) in the FMCG sector, based in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include providing online and technical support, maintaining records of customer interactions, offering solutions to enhance customer experiences, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall service process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and resolve customer issues proficiently
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support for clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
- Capability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Delhi, India
- Previous experience in D2C or FMCG industries is a plus
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
