Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (D2C) at Fitspire, located in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Executive will manage daily interactions with customers, resolve queries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling online support tickets, troubleshooting, and offering technical assistance as required, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and customer query resolution
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and handle customer concerns with empathy
- Experience with Online Support and managing online query systems
- Familiarity with Technical Support processes and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on-site in Delhi, India
- Previous experience in the FMCG or health and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
