Job Overview:
Fitspire is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, enhance engagement, and drive retention strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM tools and analyzing customer data to improve overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system
• Plan and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns
• Monitor customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for upselling or re-engagement
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and campaign performance
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM or customer engagement roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:
• Candidates with experience in D2C or FMCG industries will be preferred
