Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, result-driven Customer Support Executive who doesn’t just respond to queries but actively drives revenue. Your core responsibility will be to recover abandoned carts, confirm COD orders, and ensure seamless order processing from confirmation to delivery. This is not a passive support role — you are expected to sell, convince, and close.
Key Responsibilities
1. Abandoned Cart Recovery
• Reach out to customers via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
• Understand objections and convert leads into confirmed orders
• Continuously improve cart recovery rates
2. COD Order Confirmation
• Verify and confirm all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• Identify fake/high-risk orders to reduce RTO (Return to Origin)
3. Customer Communication
• Handle queries related to products, orders, delivery, and returns
• Provide quick, clear, and accurate responses
• Maintain a professional yet persuasive tone
4. Order Management
• Manage orders from confirmation to fulfillment
• Coordinate internally for timely dispatch
• Maintain accurate order status updates
5. Platform Handling
• Work on Shopify for order management
• Handle shipping, tracking, and logistics via Shiprocket
6. Post-Order Support
• Manage follow-ups, delivery issues, and complaints
• Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Shiprocket or similar logistics tools
• Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English preferred)
• Experience in sales-driven customer support / tele-calling roles.
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close customers.
• High attention to detail in order processing.
