Job Description
- Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints/services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Assisting in KYC verifications checks for customers.
- Provide resolution on disputed transaction.
- Promptness in handling escalations/queries raised by customer.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain a friendly manner and calm, positive manner when handling complaints
Skills Must have
- Customer Service Calls (Inbound-Outbound)/Email handling experience, social media customer service support knowledge.
- Stock management
- Banking background preferred
Good to have
- Digital Marketing/Fraud Complaint handling
Qualifications
- Graduate from any recognized university.
Working Days
- 5 Days a week (Includes Sat and Sunday)
- Shift timings vary between 9 am - 6 pm, 10 am - 7 pm and 11 am 8 pm
